The outfitting business is located in the north of the Lac-Saint-Jean region. The hunting territory is of 6750Km2. The chances of seeing a black bear are very high, up to 100%.
The best time to see these animals are at the beginning and
end of the day. The sites are baited and hunting is done from a blind o
r a "mirador" elevated blind. The shooting distance is of about
30 meters (100 feet).
*We rembourse 50% of the package if you do not see a bear (certains conditions are applicable.)
We offer 2 types of packages.
The base package is of 5 days and the hunt is done from one of the bated blinds.
Trophy:
For the hunters that want a big bear , we offer a 5 day package, Our expert guides make an inventory of the bears that are 90 kg or more. The price varies in regards to the size of the kill. ( the base price is 1800$CAD + 20$ CAD for each supplementary kilo over 90 kilograms).
Once your hunt is over we offer you different outdoor activities such as pike and trout fishing and visit tourist sites.
Note : For all the packages we do not hunt the female with her cubs and a wounded bear is considered as a kill.

The Lac Eden outfitting business is located in the woods. You will be lodged in very comfortable cottages, equipped with all the necessary accommodations to make your stay an agreeable one. |
The principal camp is a log camp. It is a place where you will be able to meet and have your meals. We will give you a taste of our local cuisine.
